May YOU live with a peaceful heart

At work as well as in the private life we can experience difficulties and extreme situations:

  • from anger to happiness,

  • joy to depression and

  • success to failure.

All these emotions are natural and it is okay to feel them, more over if we are mindful of them, we can treat them with care and let them go when we want. Nowadays it is normal to deal with several tasks at once, so it is easy to feel overwhelmed. Lots of moments happen in our daily lives and we are going through different changes every day. Marriages and divorces, births and deaths, getting a job or losing one are just some examples of what somebody could experience. It is important to take control of what you feel in order to have more peaceful and productive days. With mindfulness exercises you can learn how to do it

This happens to us all

It only takes a small moment in time to change and evolve the emotions you are feeling. Great leaders not only form and share their Vision but, if you observe them closely, you will notice that they all have a balance in common,  thanks to a peaceful heart ā¤.

With the practice of mindfulness, this balance can be trained to make it grow within you. The more conscious practice you do, the better you will be able to manage the extreme sides of the emotions. Plus, you will be able to let go specially the hard emotions that can irritate, create anxiousness or stress you. Iā€™m talking about those fragile emotions that, when you feel them, it seems that your day turns upside down.

One of the practices that I do when I meditate is to repeat this phrase to myself:

May I live with a peaceful heart.

The conscious repetition of this phrase helps me feel the calm, compassion and kindness I need, even in the most challenging moments. I do this along with other mindfulness practices daily and they help me to be more balanced in difficult and critical times.

What do you think about it? What do you do to find calm?

And I wish you can live with a peaceful heart.
