GOOD BYE SOUTH EUROPE... HELLO INDIA, MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA!
For the past 8 years I have been working based in the South European region. I had the chance to work with great people, fantastic leaders and, dedicated and passionated professionals with innovative and creative skills. Let me tell you that some of the most beautiful people I have met in my life, live in the different countries of this region.
It was such an enriching time for me. Aligning and partnering up with hundreds of entrepreneurs from different verticals such as distributors, agents or service partners, and to see them joining the same passion and commitment that I have for my job really fired me up. It gave me the possibility to enjoy what I do. And, of course, we built a great journey together and we helped each one of these entrepreneurs to become more successful and independent.
On the past 8 years, I had the pleasure to serve all different types of customers, from small agricultural ones to big multinational companies. Always working hard to provide win-win relationships with every client. Thus, making Alfa Laval, in South Europe, the leader company of all the industry.
There were so many moments that I am thankful for. We went through happy and joyful moments, but we have also experienced sadness and stress. There were times where the pressure on our shoulders was such an overwhelming burden… But we managed to carry on together, sharing our worst worries and with the most energic enthusiasm.
We learned to play the game together and that bestowed us the opportunity to shine bright and show that South Europe has a great innovative team that cares for one another.

And now, time has come again for me to take it to a whole new level. Alfa Laval and life are giving me a new challenge: from February 1st, 2021, I will leave my actual position and move to a new one, at the same company, in another super interesting destination, filled with so much history. I am being relocated to work in a position that focuses on the India, Middle East and Africa regions.
I am really looking forward to work with the people there and to learn about the diversity of their cultures. A side of the world that always amazed me by its wonders and its people.
It was ten years since I first wished to work in this region and, once again, I am proving that when you wish something with your heart, your mind and you visualize it with your full body, in the end, your wish comes true.
I think that a post, a speech, and even these words I am writing to tell you how I feel are just not enough to show you how thankful I am.
With the heart full of enthusiasm, I want to say THANKS to all the people that have contributed to a successful journey in South Europe. I will always have you, and the memories we made together, in my heart.
