Leading better through your chakras
During my training and yoga practice I understood how important the balance of the chakras is when you are in a leading role, it may be something known to many, something mystical to others, something unrealistic to others too, but the reality that chakras play and important role in how you lead your teams, your family and your life.
What is a chakra?
Chakra is the western adaptation of the Sanskrit term transcribed as cakra (written devanāgarī चक्र ) [1] , it indicates a "wheel", a "disk" or a "circle", and you will see it represented in most of the images if you google them.
Each Chakra indicates one of the 7 basic energy centers of the human body. Each of these centers is connected, at the level of subtle energies, with the main ganglia of nerves that branch out from the spinal column.
The Chakras are also related to the level of consciousness, the archetypal elements, the phases inherent in the development of life, colors, sounds, bodily functions, among others.
The Chakras can be balanced or not, but never closed and nobody can heal a chakra from the outside, only I can do it.
Why the importance of a chakra?
They play a crucial role for our body, for our physical health, for our mind, for our psychological health and balance, for our soul, for inner fulfillment and enlightenment.
