Chakra #6: Leading through your intuition

The sixth chakra Ajna, which means perception, is located just above the center point between the eyebrows. It is the center of visual, psychic and intuitive perception. Its color is indigo and its element is light.

The third eye chakra, between the eyes, is the chakra of intuition, the right to see, self-realization. Here we can see the thoughts and the imagination, the vision of the future and the intuition to be developed.

It is stimulated through meditation, it physically connects with the pituitary gland, with the nervous system and with the endocrine system. Some of its dysfunctions are eye discomfort, blindness, migraines and forehead pain.

Whoever has this chakra very open can believe himself to be a superior being, because of the visualizations he thinks he has, he can leave his life in all that is extrasensory, neglecting the physical level of life. If not taken care of, they can capture a lot of negative energy from the outside since they are very receptive.

Whoever has this chakra very close can suffer from a lack of imagination since they always think they are right and can get bored very easily. Lack of learning ability and difficulty sleeping are other signs.

Positive attitudes of this chakra: attunement, receptivity, wisdom and radiance.

Negative attitudes: pride, self-centeredness and selfishness.

This chakra in leadership

Why do you think certain leaders have a better long-term vision than others? Why can some of them see what others can't? Believe it or not, balance in this chakra is the answer for this.

To exemplify, I would like to share this experience with you. One day I had such a bad experience with the owner of the company that he offered to provide us with a certain process. At first this person was kind and caring, he showed a pleasant and creative way of presenting things, but later at some point we realized that he had a big problem since most of his proposals were dreams that he made in your mind. Since he was the owner and had a leading position in his company, he was able to convince everyone there of these dreams, offering them something that was practically not possible to realize under current conditions.

Illusions that are not put into practice can become costly and painful. Finally this company went bankrupt since they had many of these open cases.

How do you explain that people like Steve Jobs had the vision of what Apple customers wanted even though they didn't really ask for it yet? It was this visionary ability that he developed, and it's no coincidence that Steve Jobs was a great meditator.

What is less well known, however, is that Steve Jobs pioneered what was once quite an esoteric "mind technology": the use of Zen mindfulness meditation to reduce your stress, gain more clarity, and enhance your creativity.

Recommendation Section

After the descent through the breath meditation that I explained in the chakra meditation above, continue to visualize a brilliant indigo-colored light in front of you. Inhale the light and gently place it in the area between the eyes. Focus on the feeling of the bright light between your eyes.

Feel how this light gives you imagination, intuition, certainty and new perspectives.

The light expands throughout your body and illuminates each of its parts.

Tell yourself, “When I don't know how to move forward, I'll let my intuition decide. I imagine something that allows me to act more than the daily routine”.

Practice this part for 15 minutes.

Another easy and direct way to balance your chakra, as I mentioned in previous posts, is to be aware of its presence and observe if we notice symptoms of imbalance.

Try to get something indigo color to accompany you in your daily life, it could be a cloth, something in your notebook, the screen saver, or something else, that reminds you of the color of the chakra you are trying to balance. Every time you see it, you will remember why you have it there.

Good luck! And if you want, tell me how the experience was.
