THE 50 MINUTES BLOCK
I'm quiet sure many of you experienced like me distractions and the feeling that at the end of the day you have not achieved so much, that you are very stress and tired.
And one of the reasons around is because we do not set blocks of fix times in the daily calendar when we are working from home or anywhere.
Distractions when working from home are very easy, everything can happen in one day at home, from your kids playing around, your grandmother cooking and asking you to go and buy the last thing she need for the lunch, or your wife or husband asking you to do something they cannot now and you are the last salvation of this planet.
Many of those things can be avoid if you have your daily schedule done in front of you, with blocks of 50 minutes each dedicated for the key tasks of the day. Specially during the afternoon, while during the morning they can be longer but not more than 90 minutes before a break.
The latest scientific mind studies stated as 52 minutes the ideal time, if they go more than that, the overall attention of you and eventually of others will start to fall down
Do not destroy your block times, be discipline and persistent every day. Try it for a one full week and let me know here , if you wish if it worked out!
