A recent article in the Forbes magazine shows that by analyzing the VPN usage at home in different countries, USA and some European countries we have been connected 2 hours more than before march 11, and with the second wave coming in to force in Europe the trend well be back for a while.
1 of 4 employees globally had to adapt to this situation to be able to deliver, another analysis from Euro stat reflects. And many has done it from the sofa, or a chair in the kitchen, sharing spaces with kids and partners, working at expenses of the sleep time. Do you see yourself in this group?
To be more healthy, less stress and more efficient we will have to move more and more our ergonomic way of working in the office to the home securing we have a lightly place, with fresh air renovation, an ergonomic chair, the position of the screen at the correct eyes level, making the necessary breaks, etc as I wrote in my previous posts.
