Did you know that more than 70% of the people that you were used to interact face to face with them they don’t want to see you physically anymore? 

This month researches done in the #b2bbusiness by McKinsey, and other surveys showed that 70% of people interviewed wish of interaction with their customers is through #virtualmeeting platforms. 

#Suppliers will need to be more professional in the way they act and interact through the web with their #customers, many new skills will be necessary to be develop. But what I can do to be #successinbusiness in this new environment?

If you knew how to #speak in pubic, learn how to speak over a webcam, there are a lot of #trainingcourses free online to improve this skill. Learn how to use and look properly “multiple” brands of #video platforms. If you knew how to sell face to face learn the techniques of #virtualselling 

Where? There plenty of good material free online, in Coursera, or in Linkedin Learning, there’s many good stuff there. 

Virtual visits #planning, and creation, follow up and closing business through the web is now the new normal, not anymore, the future This is the present!
