25 YEARS OF GREAT LEADERS

This is a pretty unique month for me: I’m celebrating 25 years of work at the GREAT #alfalaval, made of GREAT people.
25 yrs. where I had the opportunity to have so INSPIRING #leaders from whom I have learned a lot and, still today, I’m applying and trying to pass the lessons they taught me in a similar way to the people that I work with.

Some of them are:

• #honesty and “win win philosophy” in doing business,

• the #truth always win,

• #confidentiality is fundamental,

• #creativityisgreat it makes you #unique, but hard work makes you different,

• in order to be heard you have to speak loud,

• a good #leader know how to work with #imperfection,

• #networking is a way of investing without expecting nothing back,

• your #success is the success of your teams first,

• if people grow the company grows,

• the motivation of a member of your team is very easy, just listen with your two ears, feel it in your heart, and speak with your soul,

• #everyonecounts and is included no matters what,

• #listen to your body,

• in #disagreement we grow,

• protect the #planet as your body…

  This and many more helped me enjoying this last 25 years.,
