Mokshamind

Many times we go through life on autopilot and gradually we learn to distinguish conditions that lead us down one path or another.

Destiny is the result of the decisions we make in life, today we are where we are because of the paths we have decided to take in the past. We always have the option to give an answer, explanation or justification of why what has happened to us has happened to us. It generally has to do with people or circumstances we encounter and the fault or responsibility usually lies with “them.” If we analyze many of these situations, our responses have been automatic and even instinctive, letting ourselves be carried away by what is known, where we feel safe.

How do you learn to be conscious?

Moksha means spiritual freedom, transcending physical, emotional and mental ties to live in peace. Mokshamind accompanies you in consciousness practices to reconnect with yourself, value yourself and achieve a full life, being your true self.

Living with conscience is having clarity about what you want, about your objective. This must make sense, know why one wants what one wants and for this, maintaining clarity and focus are substantial strategies.

Regarding conscious leadership, from my opinion and experience I believe that it is one that cultivates humility to recognize and overcome its capabilities, valuing others and learning from them. A conscious leader looks for impeccable actions and results not only in himself but also in those who accompany him, assuming responsibility for his missteps and those of his collaborators, seeking and recognizing those responsible for the successes and results, he is the one who sees in the difficulties and failures an opportunity for learning and growth, which enhances individual capacity in collective performance. Leadership is not a function, it is an essential condition to achieve excellent management or management to form, lead, and sustain a high-performance team.

But achieving a level of one hundred percent consciousness is almost impossible. When you reach high levels, something happens that makes you go back, not because you don't have the ability to maintain it, but because you are a human being. In some ways there are factors that work against you, such as beliefs that limit your development.

It is often said that you have to think positively to achieve conscious capacity and many times it does not happen there. That's not enough, you have to take action, you have to work, you have to polish yourself all the time.

Self-assessment

Look at yourself, analyze how you act and improve yourself, always in motion. The executive world is measured by results. Today you have very good ones, but tomorrow they may not be the same. Somehow making this habit a habit will lead you to question your actions all the time, always with a view to improving and not just seeing the bad.

Meditation plays an essential role so that the mental model changes and improves. Nature has something that human beings need and if it is accompanied by calm breathing, it leads the person to find quality thoughts. Today any leader coach must use this tool to achieve focus in their actions.

I have had some experiences in which I found very unmotivated teams, even for reasons beyond the control of their members, such as the global economic situation. Although they all had jobs and monetary income, in their heads that situation outside of their control affected them in any way. In my book, you will soon be able to read examples and experiences of this type in which after a long work both personally and as a group, the team achieved success, where not only the numbers and kpi's shined but also the people's faces with their smiles.

Don't forget, get a motivated and happy team, and you will see how together you will achieve everything you set your mind to. And work on yourself, self-knowledge is vital, to take the path of leadership, trust your possibilities and learn from your mistakes.
