  • Hello! I'm Sergio Hicke. Transformational leadership strategist and business mentor.

    Author of "The Transformational Executive", former president of a multinational group, and executive mentor with 30+ years' experience across four continents.

    My purpose is to share my learnings and help people reach their potential and success while living mindfully and happily. I seek to inspire others to embrace change, cultivate mindfulness, and lead with compassion in their personal and professional lives.

  • I am a sustainability advocate with over 30 years of experience in crisis management and business growth, leading global operations in sectors such as energy, food, and water. I am also a real estate investor and founder of several startups in the US, Argentina, and Italy. My focus is on transforming businesses and people to reach their full potential.

  • My transformational journey includes visits to India to learn in cities like Rishikesh, Pune, and Delhi. I became a certified yoga and meditation teacher in Italy, with training in Vipassana, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. These experiences enrich my leadership style, helping me become a compassionate and culturally respectful leader.
